STEPS
- Pour the oil into a large pot and heat until the temperature reaches 175°C.
- Roll a wiener in each tortilla.
- Use a toothpick to keep each tortilla closed.
- Submerge the hot dog rolls in oil for 1 to 2 minutes until the tortilla is golden.
- Set aside on a rack to let the oil drain.
- Remove the toothpicks and insert a skewer into the end of each wiener.
- Garnish with ketchup and mustard, to taste.
