STEPS
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Bake the fries for 5 to 10 minutes, and set aside.
- Put the grated cheddar, ground beef, sliced pickles and ketchup or burger sauce in the middle of each tortilla.
- Fold the two sides of the taco in toward the middle, tightly pressing one side over the other.
- Then, tightly fold the other two ends one over the other.
- Using a panini press or a frying pan, grill the tacos for about 2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
