STEPS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Peel apples and dice.
- In a pan, sauté apples in butter and add ¼ of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Set aside.
- Place 2 tortillas on a work surface. Brush each one with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the tortillas with oat flakes.
- Add the candied apples and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Cover with another tortilla and repeat the last step.
- Roll the tortillas to make 2 large rolls. Cut into 2-in. sections.
- Place the sections in an oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.
