STEPS
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Place the tortillas flat on a work surface.
- Fill each tortilla with about 25 g of chicken and 30 g of mozzarella.
- Roll the filled tortillas into cones.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Place an oven-safe bowl in the middle of the sheet.
- Create two layers of tortilla cones around the bowl.
- Bake in oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and replace the empty bowl with a bowl of ranch dressing.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
