Buffalo chicken tortilla bites

Make your guests’ mouth water at your next get-together with these crispy Buffalo chicken tortilla bites served with a ranch dip. Perfect for sports night!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 24 Mejicano taco-size tortillas (2 packs)
  • 3 cups (750 g) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 600 g pulled chicken
  • 350 mL of your favourite Buffalo sauce
  • 350 mL of your favourite ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) chopped fresh parsley

STEPS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • Place the tortillas flat on a work surface.
  • Fill each tortilla with about 25 g of chicken and 30 g of mozzarella.
  • Roll the filled tortillas into cones.
  • Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • Place an oven-safe bowl in the middle of the sheet.
  • Create two layers of tortilla cones around the bowl.
  • Bake in oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and replace the empty bowl with a bowl of ranch dressing.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
