STEPS
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Using a cookie cutter or a lid measuring roughly 2 in. in diameter, cut out rounds in the tortillas to make chips.
- Place the rounds on an oven-safe sheet, brush with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
- While the chips are baking, cut the orange into supremes, and then each supreme in half.
- Remove the chips from the oven and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix the guacamole, sour cream and lime juice to make the avocado crema.
- Place a dollop (about 1 tablespoon) of avocado crema on each chip, followed by the crab meat and orange supremes.
- Garnish with chives and enjoy!
