- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic, ginger, green onions, cilantro, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and spread evenly on the tortillas.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tortillas, meat side down, for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another few minutes until the meat is well done and the tortilla is crispy.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, chili flakes, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
- Garnish each taco with cucumber slices, drizzle with the sauce and a bit of cilantro. Serve right away.
