
STEPS
- Cook the French fries according to your preferred method (in the oven, deep fryer, or air fryer), until a deep golden colour and crisp.
- Heat the poutine sauce in a small pot over low heat, or in the microwave, until very hot.
- Cook the meat in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil. Add taco spices (store-bought, or to taste) and cook until the meat is well done and seasoned.
- Place the hot French fries in a large, deep plate or bowl. Sprinkle evenly with cheese curds. Pour over the hot poutine sauce to lightly melt the cheese.
- Layer with the seasoned beef, corn kernels, diced tomatoes, and red onions.
- Add a spoonful of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole on top.
- Serve immediately, while the fries are still crisp and the cheese is melted.
