STEPS
- Cut up the 2 avocados into cubes.
- Wash and chop the dill.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, avocado, dill, onion, sour cream, lime juice and chipotle pepper powder.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- On the grill or in a pan, heat the tortillas for a few seconds on each side.
- Fill the tacos with the shrimp mixture. Enjoy immediately!
