STEPS
- Shape ground beef into 12 patties, taking care to make them as thin as possible.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise ingredients and set aside.
- In a large non-stick frying pan, cook the beef patties while pressing down to keep them as thin as possible. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Before removing from heat, place a cheese slice on each patty. Transfer to a plate.
- In the same pan, heat tortillas for a few seconds to absorb all the tasty cooking juices.
- Place a patty on each tortilla, dress with mayonnaise and pickles, and top with onion and lettuce.
- Serve right away!
