STEPS
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles.
- In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, fry the tortilla chips for about 2 minutes, making sure that they don’t stick together.
- Lightly drain the chips and dip them into the mixture of sugar and cinnamon, making sure they are well coated.
- Repeat this step for all the chips. Set aside for a few minutes.
- Cut up the fruit and heat the chocolate.
- Layer the tortilla chips on a large plate, like nachos.
- Dip the fruit in the chocolate and place on top of the tortillas.
- Garnish with dollops of whipped cream, and enjoy!
