STEPS
Pulled pork
- Combine salt, pepper and all the spices.
- Brush the pork shoulder with oil and rub the meat with the spice mixture.
- In a pan on high heat, brown the meat on all sides for a few minutes.
- Place in a slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the shoulder and use a fork to shred the pork. Set aside.
Tacos
- Finely chop the white onion.
- Wash and coarsely chop the cilantro.
- On the grill or in a pan, heat the tortillas for a few seconds on each side.
- Fill the tacos with pulled pork, pineapple salsa, white onion and chopped cilantro.
- Add a wedge of lime (to taste).
