STEPS
- Preheat oven to 400 °F and place the rack in the centre. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- On a clean and dry work surface, cut tortillas lengthwise into 3-inch strips.
- Place 2 tbsp (30 ml) of apple filling and a few raspberries on the tortilla strip, on the end closest to you. Carefully fold over the corner to create a triangle, then continue to fold in a triangle for the length of the strip. Repeat with the rest of the tortilla strips and fruit.
- Place the turnovers on the baking sheet, making sure to put the seam side down and brush with the melted butter.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle on top of the turnovers.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and crisp. Serve with caramel sauce.
