STEPS
- Heat the oil in a large pot.
- While the oil is heating, cut the tortillas into triangles.
- Fry the tortilla chips for about 2 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove the chips from the pot and dust with sugar. Set aside.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the chips on the sheet.
- Top with the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Place under the broiler for a few minutes, and keep a close eye to make sure the marshmallows don’t burn. You just want them to brown slightly.
- After removing the chips from the oven, add the crumbled graham crackers and cover with melted chocolate.
- Serve immediately!
