STEPS
- Place the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water and leave about 30 seconds.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking.
- Peel the tomatoes.
- Dice the onion and jalapeño pepper.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Enjoy!
*Tip: For a spicier salsa, add a pinch or two of cayenne pepper.
