Mexican green goddess dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (240 mL) sour cream
  • 1 cup (240 mL) plain yogurt
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25 mL) freshly ground black pepper 

STEPS

  • Wash and coarsely chop the cilantro and green onion.
  • Cut the jalapeño pepper in half and remove the seeds.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend for a few seconds until smooth.
  • Keep refrigerated.
