Air Fryer Tortilla Chips

Using an air fryer will help you make ultra crispy corn (or wheat) chips that are perfect for dipping, adding to salads, and even soups. Don’t hold back!

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Mejicano corn tortillas, cut into triangles
  • Vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, olive)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

STEPS

  • Preheat air fryer to 360°F. 
  • In a bowl, combine tortilla triangles with oil, salt, and pepper. 
  • Place seasoned tortillas in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  • Allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container.
