INGREDIENTS
- Half a cauliflower in florets to roast OR a block of tofu in cubes to pan, with your favorite Mexican spices
- 6 firm radishes, cut into rings
- 240 g of guacamole
- 12 sprigs of coarsely chopped coriander
- 2 limes cut into quarters
