Mango pico de gallo
- Cut the tomatoes, mango and red onion into small cubes (approx. 5 mm).
- Wash and coarsely chop the cilantro.
- In a bowl, add the lime juice and sea salt to the other ingredients.
- Mix well and refrigerate. Wait a few minutes before serving.
Spicy pineapple and pepper salsa
- Cut the tomatoes, pineapple, onion and peppers into small cubes (approx. 5 mm).
- In a bowl, add the lime juice and sea salt to the other ingredients.
- Mix well and refrigerate. Wait a few minutes before serving.
Strawberry, mint and lime salsa
- Cut the strawberries and cucumber into small cubes (approx. 5 mm).
- Wash and coarsely chop the fresh mint.
- In a bowl, add the lime juice and the sugar to the other ingredients.
- Mix well and refrigerate. Wait a few minutes before serving. For added flavour, use the lime zest.
