Feta rolls
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a food processor to blend together the feta and yogurt until smooth.
- Spread the filling onto the 8 tortillas and roll up tightly.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until they are crisp and golden.
Spicy honey
- Heat the honey and hot pepper flakes in a small pan over medium heat.
- Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to low, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside. Drizzle over the rolls or serve as a dip on the side.
