STEPS
- Spread the cream cheese over the tortillas.
- On a chopping board, cut the tortillas into 4 large strips, about 2 inches wide.
- Place 3 slices of salami in the centre of the tortilla strips, so that they overhang on each side.
- Roll up each strip to create a tight roll, then cut the roll in half to get 2 rosettes.
- Decorate with a basil leaf, add the lemon zest and peppercorns, and enjoy!
