- In a food processor, blend all the ingredients for the hummus until smooth. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and place rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Using a cookie-cutter, cut tortillas into desired shapes.
- In a bowl, combine the cut tortillas, oil, and salt and pepper.
- Spread out onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Serve tortilla chips with the hummus.
